These terms govern your application for, and use of, ATO Partners Private AI. By applying, you agree to them. Last updated: July 2026.

Access is by approval

Access is offered by invitation to approved agents only. Submitting an application does not guarantee access; every application is reviewed individually and may be declined. We may suspend or withdraw access at our discretion, including for breach of these terms.

Who may apply

The service is intended for licensed financial representatives affiliated with ATO Partners. You confirm that the information in your application is accurate and that you are authorised to apply.

Acceptable use

  • Use the assistant only for your own legitimate professional work.
  • Do not share your access, or use the assistant on behalf of unapproved persons.
  • Do not submit unlawful, misleading, or abusive content, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
  • Respect applicable laws and your firm's compliance obligations at all times.

Not financial advice

The assistant supports your research, preparation, and follow-up. It does not provide financial advice, and its output is not a recommendation to any client. Any advice or recommendation you give to clients remains yours, made under your professional judgment and your firm's compliance processes. You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it or sharing it with clients.

AI-generated content

The AI Bot is designed to assist and enhance productivity by providing suggestions, insights, and information. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, AI-generated responses may not always be complete, accurate, or up to date. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence and exercising professional judgment before relying on or acting upon any information provided. ATO Partners accepts no liability for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page.
